Reconditioning, deburring and manufacturing
We recondition, re-babbitt, and manufacture radial and axial bearings, utilizing advanced metallizing techniques (centrifugal casting, static casting, TIG welding) to ensure a strong bond between the steel, bronze, or gray/nodular iron backing and the babbitt. The chemical compositions and mechanical properties comply with the ASTM B-23 Technical Standard and its equivalents.
- Bearings for crushers, mineral, cement and aggregate mills.
- Stuffing boxes, stern tube bushings, and bearings for naval vessels.
- Pedestal bearings, generator, shoes and axial skids for hydroelectric plants.
- Fluid pumps, compressors, motors, fans, reducers.
- Winches for mineral hoisting in underground mining.
- Bearings for locomotives and railway cars.
